This document sets out the terms that are binding on all users who register for and use gw99's services. Please read it carefully before using our platform.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the gw99 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. gw99 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these terms at any time without prior notice, with the latest version always published on this page.
Gw99 is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration or use by minors is prohibited, and any account found in violation of this rule will be closed immediately.
Account Creation & Security
Registration & Personal Information
Each user is permitted only one active account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. gw99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including prior to processing the first withdrawal. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without compensation.
Password & Security Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. gw99 will never ask for your password via email or any unofficial channel. All activity carried out under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our customer support immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the gw99 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate games or the gw99 system.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including providing false financial information or making unauthorised chargebacks.
- Accessing the platform using software that alters game outcomes or provides an unfair advantage.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner that contravenes the stated terms and conditions.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary. gw99 reserves the right to withhold payments suspected to be proceeds of fraudulent activity pending the completion of an investigation.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
Deposit
All transactions on the gw99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow and FPX. Deposits are typically credited within five minutes of confirmation. gw99 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Users must use payment methods registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed within one to two business days, subject to successful identity verification. gw99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Withdrawals will only be credited to a bank account registered in the name of the gw99 account holder.
Transaction Limits & Conditions
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policy and may change. Users are advised to check the latest limits in their account before making any transaction. All winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Any taxes or fees imposed by the user's bank are the user's own responsibility.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Gw99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties. gw99's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the gw99 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, and software — is the intellectual property of gw99 or our licensors, protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The gw99 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. gw99 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Gw99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspected fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity exceeding twelve months, or upon request by law enforcement. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid balance will be returned to the user, subject to any investigation that may be required.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Gw99 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and if necessary, through appropriate legal proceedings.
